The Services allow students of various grades (collectively, “Students”) to access educational assessments, materials, and/or resources and allow schools, school districts, and/or research partners to administer and evaluate education-related assessments and testing (“Administrators”).
We will only use your Personal Information we collect through the Services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with the collection, use, and/or sharing of your information by xSEL Labs as described in this Privacy Notice or any updates to it, you should not use or access the Services. Please note this Privacy Notice only governs xSEL Labs’ activities concerning your information (including Personal Information). Your Administrators may have different policies and agreements with you with respect to your information it collects, stores, uses, or processes. Please refer to those policies and agreements for any questions regarding your Administrator’s collection and use of your information.
We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Notice whenever you access the Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.
Information You Provide to Us. We collect, store, and/or process information you provide directly to us. For example, if you are an Administrator, you may submit names of teachers, names of students, student identification numbers, student grade level, student birthday, and/or student language.
Account or Contact Information. We collect information when you create an account, fill out a form, or otherwise communicate with us (e.g., through email). The types of information we collect may include your name, e-mail address, subject, and message content.
As used in this Privacy Notice, “Personal Information” is any information that identifies an individual, such as (but not limited to) an individual’s name, email address, postal address. Any information that does not, on its own, identify an individual person is considered and treated as non-personal information.

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If any information from children under the age of 13 is used in connection with the Services, the Administrator providing or using the Services relating to such information is solely and exclusively responsible for obtaining all consents and permissions from parents or guardians of such children.
