What sets xSEL’s assessments apart
SELweb measures important social-emotional skills directly–children demonstrate their skills by solving challenging social-emotional problems. SELweb measures social-emotional skills that are in the CASEL model, that important for success in school and life, are commonly taught in evidence-based social-emotional learning programs, and are reflected in state standards. The Networker directly assesses the classroom social network, giving educators a vivid picture of how connected children are to one another. All xSEL assessments are a snap to use. Students log in, put on head phones and complete the assessment independently. Automated reports provide immediate insights.
