As a Marketing Associate at xSEL Labs, you naturally share in our passion for education and student social and emotional development. In this role, you will expand awareness and demand for our high-quality SEL assessments by planning and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, activities, and materials.

What you’ll do…

  •  Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to design and implement marketing strategies and activities
  • Write and develop compelling marketing content, including emails, web pages, print collateral, social media posts, digital ads, case studies, presentations, and more
  • Plan and implement digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns
  • Plan and coordinate webinars, sponsorships, and conference exhibits in collaboration with the sales team
  • Coordinate graphics and videos development with support from designers
  • Support the marketing and sales team in planning and executing collaborative marketing activities with partners organizations
  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns and other marketing activities


What you’ll bring…

  • At least one year’s experience in digital marketing (required), ideally within the K-12 education space (highly preferred)
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Organized and able to work under short deadlines
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt and think analytically
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Canva, and common tools for email marketing and social media management
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing or related field) 


A typical day in this role includes…

  • Developing and implementing campaigns via multiple marketing channels
  • Developing and/or coordinating the development of marketing materials, landing pages, graphics, and videos
  • Collaborating with team members in marketing, sales, and product development as well as external marketing partners
  • Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of marketing campaigns and activities
